The Promotion
Path Finance Corporation ("Path Crypto") is excited to offer a new promotion for new customers. When you successfully register for a new account, open a Managed Portfolio account, deposit a minimum of $100, and hold your funds in the account for a period of 90 days, Path Crypto will reward you with $100 in Bitcoin (BTC) ("Promotion"). This offer is governed by the terms and conditions outlined below ("Promotion Terms").
To be eligible for this Promotion and to receive the Bitcoin Bonus ("Bonus Funds"), participants must:
1. Receive a direct invitation to participate in this Promotion from Path Finance Corporation.
2. Successfully complete the registration, KYC process for opening a new account, and open a Managed Portfolio account with Path Finance Corporation, ensuring the account remains in good standing as per the requirements set out below.
3. Link a funding source (e.g., an external bank account or external wallet) to the newly Managed Portfolio account.
4. Deposit a minimum of $100 into the account.
5. Retain the deposited funds in the account for a continuous period of 90 days from the date of deposit.
6. For clarity, the account must be a new account specifically opened for this Promotion, and the $100 minimum deposit cannot be withdrawn or transferred out of the Managed Portfolio for the 90-day holding period to qualify for the Bonus Funds.
An account is considered to be in good standing if all required documentation for account opening has been satisfactorily completed and verified, and the account is not locked, restricted, flagged, or otherwise impaired in any manner.

- Path Finance Corporation may amend, suspend, or cancel this Promotion and these Promotion Terms at any time without notice.
- Participants are responsible for any tax implications resulting from the Bonus Funds and should consult with a tax advisor for proper reporting.
- Path Finance Corporation reserves the right to recover or withhold Bonus Funds if obtained through wrongful or fraudulent circumstances, if participation was granted in error, or if terms of this Promotion were violated.
- This Promotion is non-transferable and cannot be combined with any other offers.
Path Finance Corporation is not responsible for any failures, technical or otherwise, that prevent a participant from entering the Promotion or that arise during the holding period. In the event of Promotion disruption due to technical or other unforeseen issues, Path Finance Corporation reserves the right to amend or suspend the Promotion accordingly.
